Refund Policy

At Agrimart, your satisfaction matters most to us. If you receive spoiled vegetables, damaged equipment, or the wrong product, you can request a return or refund within 2 days for fresh items and within 7 days for equipment. To qualify, products must be unused, in original condition, and properly packaged. Once we inspect the returned item, we will inform you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that perishable vegetables cannot be returned if they have been stored improperly after delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake. Our support team is always ready to help you with any refund or replacement request. At Agrimart, we want every purchase to bring you confidence and satisfaction.
